The Newport Beach club is a new 150 acre master planned private ocean front club inspired by the classic New England beach town with beach front trails and new residential streets, Equestrian Center with Horse Riding Barn, Exterior Riding Ring and Stables, Tennis Club and clay courts, Fitness Center, Beach Pool Facility and Beach Fire Pit, Pier Fishing, Planning for Future Marina, and a range of residential lot sizes and model homes designs. The property has costal views to Narragansett Bay, The Mount Hope Bridge and the Hog Island Lighthouse.

GDHA served as 3rd Party Equity/Owner Representative to Arsenal Real Estate Funds as Equity Partner, we provided Architectural-Engineering plan review, attendance at monthly contractor payment review meetings and construction QC and progress evaluations. In the later stages of the development, we served as Owner's Project Director for design, engineering and construction of the Pool Facility, Mid-rise Condo Building prototype, new Cape Home Models, new Tennis Village single family home models, and coordination and oversight for various alternative land planning studies. We also provided due-diligence services related to the purchase of the development by a new development entity.
