JJILL Group Corporate Headquarters

This new 60,000 SF Corporate Headquarters fit-out project was located on the top two floors, of an existing recently constructed five story office building, at 4 Batterymarch Park, Quincy, Massachusetts.

This $5,500,000 project (2020 dollars not including furnishings or furniture) provided JJILL its central corporate offices including unique spaces suitable to support its retail business involving high end ladies fashions through its print catalogue, new retail brick and mortar stores, and its retail web site.

GDHarley served as Architect-of-Record providing design development services based on conceptual designs by Preston T. Phillips-Architect (Bridgehampton, New York) and Interior/Furniture Designs by Trimback Interior Design (New York and San Francisco).  After approval of our design development work, we proceeded to prepare the construction documents, obtain local permits, conducted contractor selection evaluation, and provided construction phase administration for this successful collaboration project.

John Moriarty & Associates served as contractor with Nordblom Company representing National Fire Protection (Property Owner) as Owner's Representative.
